The bolt model with the mag feed is a great learning tool don’t give the mag until the child is ready let them load it one at a time for while .      After all a 22 cal. Is a real gun and it is real child’s life  be as saftey minded as possible it’s for a lifetime!  I got my mind set from my Grandfather and my Father it’s been with me for about 50 years now ! I say  Take the youth to range !!
