Wild duck is not fatty.  Totally different than a duck u would get at a restaurant

Mike, we make awesome goose meatballs every year. Have brought some to Jay's and Jack's events and cook them at my summer get together. They are always a hit.  

We either make them in the fry pan with garlic and oil, or bake them in the oven in sauce.  

All protein and delicious.
