Well one hour drive home, then on the way to doctor, wife calls has flat tire in 8” of snow WTF. Change tire, soaking wet walk into doctors office and get checked out. Good news is he believes it’s just strained, no tear and can be handled with anti-inflammatories, rest then exercise to strengthen. Bad news is no more compound for a few months.
