Found an AC solution.  I was toying around with a roof unit, but the problem there is I'd need to reinforce it and most of them draw too much power to run on a 2k watt generator.   A window unit would be good..but I really didn't want to cut a huge hole and figure out how to stablize the unit while driving.  I also looked at one of those portable units, but they would take up alot of space in the trailer. 

I found this:  ClimateRight 5k BTU.  It only draws 1.3k watts and it is plenty strong for my 6x10.  It was 87 degrees and I put it on and it cooled down to 73 within an hour.  It will ride in the back of my truck under the tonneau cover.  I can just slide it to the back of the tail gate and hook it up.  It can run on genny or shore power.  It's also a heating unit (although I have a small electric heater in one of the bins in the trailer which I'll probably use instead of setting this up).  See pics below.
