They must be doing something right. They just bought Whole Foods for 13.4 billion.

 

Time will tell, Wall Street seems to like the deal.    Seems to me it would have made more sense for AMZN to do an online grocer like Jet.com rather than go deeper into bricks and mortar.

When you call and complain, ask them if they'll give you three months free of Prime.  I have a buddy who calls Amazon when they screw up a Prime delivery date.  They always extend his Prime membership

I have prime service, and I have never had any problems. I try to buy items that are eligible for free 2 day shipping, and I steer clear of 3rd party vendors if possible
