My hunting camp sustained serious damage at the beginning of our Pa Turkey season which opens 2 weeks after jersey. I spent slot of time dealing with insurance and getting inspections. I do not get internet service there. Again my apologies. I did not expect to have to deal with that. Great Job to the winners! Please send me a pm with shipping address. I'm sorry guys I just got home from a month long trip to our place in NC pa. Needless to say my hunting camp suffered some extensive structural damage after all the rain a month ago with the help of some dimwit blocking a culvert up above us.... So ive been dealing with insurance and getting inspections that's why I haven't been on here to calculate any scoring. I also don't get the internet at camp at all. I'm going to get on it as soon as i can get settled and get the scoring and prize notices out! I apologize again for the delay.

As we read this we are laughing our butts off.... I guess I should have been a little more specific.. Dani is NOT a youth hunter but a fully grown woman with a youthful appearance... Shes wanted to hunt for a while and I've been teaching her. She shot her first deer back in January. I'm pretty sure she's hooked now.

Her First Bird....Hooked for Life now.... Setting up early this morning i got a lone gobble at daybreak. I waited for a while and couldn't pull him. I have noticed the birds being pretty vocal by 9-10 am and decided to make a move to another location we had action in on Monday. As we were heading in I made a few calls with our Predatorch Death Tone Young Hottie diaphragm and was on birds immediately. The gobblers were hammering back from a couple hundred yards away. Quickly setting up and settling in I alternated between the mouth call and a Chris Luce custom pot call (Kingwood with slate over glass)pulling 3 birds through a small patch of woods and an open field . Going back and forth with these birds for about 40 minutes we finally had them in range strutting and gobbling like crazy. Dani lined up the biggest of the 3 and made a great shot on her very first bird. We now have another hooked Turkey hunter.... This one dressed 20 lbs 11oz... 1" spurs. 9 1/4" beard..

I just sold one for $400 with a nikon scope on it. I used mine for years and they are shooters. I went with a couple savage 220s and they are even better shooters.
