Flat brook trout question.

One day this year I’m hoping to spend a day or 2 trout fishing the flat brook. I know certain areas have some particular rules.  I was thinking of putzing around between the Roy bridge and walpack center.  Now if I’m reading this correctly anything above stream of Roy bridge is catch and release and hook/lure restrictions etc?  So I would have to make sure I am standing on the downstream side of the bridge correct?  Thanks for any help in advanced.

correct.....if your below the bridge go on a weekday non stocking day....otherwise its packed.  

Personally I only catch and release and love that part of the stream.....I also think the catch and release crowd is more courtous.....giving space etc.
