I did sycamore few years ago from what I read it was said to taste like butterscotch, totally a lie lol taste like molasses, it did make great oatmeal cookies but not worth the work.

Green Ash is killing me Joe, still have 5 more to take down, just dropped 4 last week at 75' tall.

I may or may not have stolen a jar (or 3) of Roon's Maple Syrup at last year's Christmas get-together.  The stuff is freaking amazing!
