Cell cam

Finally gonna get a cell camera. My cell phone is through Xfinity. Are cameras carrier specific? Or is it a matter of downloading an app? I know nothing about em. Thanks

You get the service with whichever provider has the strongest signal in the area you intend to use it. What service you have on your phone is irrelevant

Make sure you purchase the correct SD CARD for whatever camera you purchase

Doesn’t matter what phone provider you have. I have mostly Verizon and like 4-5 AT&T ones just gotta figure out what’s better for the area you are in

I started using cell cams this year and finally retired my old sd card cams. There’s no turning back once you go down that road. It’s so much easier and the best part IMO is that you don’t  have to walk into your spots to check cams. I’m up to six of them already lol.

Running the Moultrie Edge cams and so far they have been working well. They have a built in SD so you don’t need to worry about that. 
I had an issue with connectivity on one of them and Moultrie customer service sent me a replacement without any issues.
