They received my broken one on January 4 (I sent it Priority Mail on the 29th). I got a new today, the 9th. So, I can't complain about the turnaround. I received a new one 5 days after they got my old one.

I’m glad you got It squared away . It’s a pain but they do replace it no questions asked . And I’m glad they still send the case and wrench !

I just ordered the same choke tune… I know they say use anything over bb in the mid range one. Also certain high velocity ammo is an issue
