Nerve Test This Morning

My left arm has 41% less nerve reaction when compared to my right arm, all due to my cervical spine issues

this was a test to measure reaction, the report will be sent to my Ortho and pain doctor, the doctors told me surgery will help .....but i'm not a fan nor ready

Joe is the disc Ruptured or herniated ? If ruptured, you need surgery to get pressure off the nerve or it might not come back. Been there. Good Luck

Believe it or not bulging is better than rupture or herniated. You might not need surgery. I am surprised the Epidural shot did not work they usually take swelling down, PT and exercise and of course anti-inflammatory drugs. You can try the Iron neck which is piece of equipment that i used to strengthen neck muscles and help with mobility. I just don't if it will help you or make you worse. Bulge can turn into herniated.
