Just want to give a shout out to Mountain Man Deer Processing. Rob is a great guy and runs a very nice operation. I was most impressed with their processing station, it looks like an operating room with how clean and organized it is. All the meat is vacuum sealed and labeled. Very cool and convenient business model, look forward to using them again.
