That really looks like a secret hideout for a bunch of boys from a story book.  I can imagine the title "Mossy green and the rock boys".   I can see it now, a little kid with a mask, cape and sword standing on top yelling "I'm the king"!

It even seems to have some sort of a face with a nose and eyesockets.  If I found that as a kid I would go there all the time and camp out at the "rock".  So very cool.

Looks like a great spot.  The teepee idea is a great idea too.  The old-timers always seemed to know where the deer moved.  Every time I come across an old dilapidated wooden stand in the woods I try to get my climber in a nearby tree, and I almost always see a lot of deer action in that spot.  Rock on.  Good luck with the spot
