Coyote and fox season?

Besides the fact that it's not legal, why would you want to shoot a fox or coyote in September when the hide isn't prime?

 

To thin them out.

 

The coyote population is getting out of hand, a friend of mine has been getting more and more pics of yotes on his cameras every year. This is in places that we have never

gotten pics of yotes before. And not just one or two, in 1 picture he had 5 yotes in frame!

Then come out and target them when the hides are prime, that way you can utilize the resource. Or are you killing them and letting them rot in the woods? The same argument could be used for deer. Deer numbers are way out of control too. Do you shoot every deer that walks in front of game cameras?
