Surf rod holder for tow hitch

I believe it’s a fish n mate surf rod holder for a tow hitch. It’s about 10 years old. Stainless steel so no rusting. Hold 6 Rods and has a anti chatter clamp. Asking $175 located in Warren county. Will post here for a few days prior to posting on marketplace.  It’s been in my barn for about 5 years since moving and haven’t used it in about 7 years.

You very well could be right.  Regardless either metal will not rust if it’s true stainless and not that crap grills are made with.
