Site jumping, large ad

When I open up the site under top post this is freaking annoying! Jumps up and down.

Shouldn't jump and that ad looks bigger/higher than normal.  I'll ask them about it.

@hunterbob1 are you using any kind of ad blocker by chance?  Ad networks are improving getting around blockers and wondering if this is one of those ads.
