Agreed, except it’s the rut and necks are swollen. The “jacked up” rear versus the front shoulders makes me think a nice 2.5 year old.

I understand your assessment but I think the neck swelling is over rated during rut except for those older heavier deer that have stiff competition for does. But your assessment could definitely be right with this buck.
