Weather radar map review: Radar Monster

This is a short review of the weather radar site called Radar Monster found at https://www.radarmonster.com/

I have been disappointed in the selection of weather radars available since the National Weather Service changed their weather map from the simple and easy to read one into the more complicated and slow loading behemoth it is now.  With Radar Monster there are no advertisements or bloatware running on the site to stall loading of the weather map.  This may be beneficial to some with limited data plans, or those who don't want to stare at the phone waiting for maps to load up.  The map is similar to the old map run by the NWS.  Weather detail on the map is somewhat pixelated, but close enough for my use.  The great thing about this radar site is that it is easy to see state boundaries, helping me to picture where I am on the map relative to the incoming weather.  The Radar Monster map, like other weather radar sites these days, allows for magnification of the map using the touch screen on your tablet or smartphone, by simply placing two fingers on the map and slowly moving them apart.

I am not a Radar Monster representative.  I simply wanted a radar map website that was useful to me, and I believe I have found it.  How long will it last without becoming bloated with ads and such I have no idea.  If you have a favorite weather radar website post it in the comments below.
