New Crossbow String needed

Recommended Posts

I have owned 5 different crossbows. Used them for at least 4 years and never had to change strings on any of them. If the string is not fraying and the serving is intact you don't need a new string. Always wax the "string" and condition your servings.

A simple string change is not difficult and can be done in just about any sport shop. Changing cables and strings is more complicated. I would only pay to ship back to TenPoint if you needed it completely done or its going to end up costing you around $150 plus.  A string change at a local shop should cost around $45 including the string and labor.
