Prime SJ Land for Hunting!

I saw this on Craigslist (and the other site).

I had to laugh.  If you read the whole thing you'll see that you can lease a stand for the entire hunting season for the amazing low price of $5k!  If you get on the prime 3 acre parcel, you only have to share that 3 acres with ONE OTHER GUY!  

 

Of course, it may seem high...but you get your own handheld GPS to find your way through that 3 acres to get to your stand...and it includes butchering!  

 

Hurry now!  These will go fast!  

 

PS I was sure it was a joke, but they guy says at the bottom "Yes, this is real."

I always laugh when I hear or see the "prime NJ hunting land".   There is no prime NJ hunting land.  Nice spots yes but prime? Laughable.

I like how it says this at the bottom of a craigslist post but he puts in his post that you won't know the location until you sign the lease! That's marketing at it's finest!
