Rifle and shotgun Ammo for Sale

Shootstraight

Recommended Posts

Yesterday If fired the .243 ammo 95 grain SST ammo I bought from Shootstraight along with  some 75 grain and 100 grain. I wanted to shoot it at 200 yds, but there was an organized shoot on that range so I shot at 100 yds. The gun is zeroed at 200 yds with the 75 grain bullets. At 100 yds the 75 grain bullets are supposed to be .9" high. These rounds hit at about 2" high. The 95 grain SST's are supposed to be 1.7" high at 100 yds.. These rounds were almost exactly 1.7 " high. The 100 grain American Whitetail  soft points were about 2" high at that range . These are supposed to be 1.9" high.

Thanx Shootstraight for the deal on that ammo. I will be using it for both 'yotes and deer this fall in NYS. I have to stick with the 75 grain bullets to shoot 'yotes in NJ.
