When is Federation Award dinner?

A few of us are looking to attend n wana get a table. What’s the process to attend?  I think it’s in Plainsboro in a few weeks.

All the information from lodging to Awards Buffet is on the website and all the nessary forms Banquet Buffet is $95 & cash bar  Lodging from $125.00 And all the program times places
