We have a TRO in our favor against the state which is rare in itself. Chief Judge Bumb is taking her time writing the opinion because it will have huge implications that need to survive the third circuit and supreme court. While it seems as though we are running out of time a lot of the new laws do not go into effect until July 1. Any Mandatory training still hasn't been released by the NJSP and you still have from July 1 to I believe Oct 1 to complete.
