Chiggers are out in force!

I've always used Permanone and never had any issues with ticks or chiggers.  But if I don't spray, it can look like the above pics!

Actually even when I spray they'll cling on, but they'll quickly die and fall off.

I'll have to check out Chigg Away next season, they were BAD down here this year...worst I've seen in a long time.

 

I can't believe Turkeyboy goes around those cranberry bogs in shorts a a t-shirt!  haha

Keep those damn things down south.  We don't have them up here in North Jersey

How far north are these things found? All my hunting is north of rt78 and never had an issue. I have hunted Princeton for a few years , years ago and again never an issue.

I live in Hamilton not far from Princeton. Never heard of them till I started to hunt Jackson and Burlington. The boys in Jackson taught me a great trick now it's an essential in my bag. This thing is just as important and my knife. Lol

Lint roll myself as soon as I get to each spot.
