Deer Remount

My first turkey is a train wreck. 11 inch beard . I forget what the spurs were. They are nice. The tail feathers are horrible and the mount looks so bad. Can that be redone?

Technically - probably- but the cost and guarantee of outcome probably isn't worth it.
Better off killing another bird.
We can swap tails, beard, and legs and pick better of them and use a new cape for the rest..
Post a pic and let's see what we're dealing with..

Thanks for the response. I actually thought the same thing. Kill another bird and use the legs and the beard.  I really want this bird done again. It was my first and looks terrible.

I get it.. whenever you can I'm just curious if it can be fixed or if it's too far gone

Great looking mount jay. I've seen many mounts that guys paid good money that look like crap. your mounts are a work of art and for a very fair price for the quality of work you do on all you mounts. Always enjoy seeing your work .Thanks for sharing it
