24 Hours of Le Mans NASCAR Entry driver line up announced

Seven Time Nascar Cup Champ Jimmie Johnson, Jenson Button and Mike Rockenfeller will pilot the modified Nascar Camaro ZL1 for the 100 anniversary of the 24 hours of Le Mans June 10-11. The car is being prepared by Hendrick Motorsports, Nascar, and General Motors. Garage 56 is a unique entry in Le Mans and essentially racing in it's own class and is ineligible for a win. It's more of a "let's show the world what we've been up to".

Rick Hendrick is still going there to compete and not just be a show car.

Three time IMSA Champ Jordan Taylor will join as a reserve driver and coach to the trio.
