splitrockoutdoors
Hey all! So I am lucky if I can tell a screwdriver from a wrench most days, so when I run into something like this its super frustrating. The new rangefinding crossbow scopes require a taller comb height (about 1.5 inches from original height) I would like to avoid velcroing pipe insulation to the bow but it is a worst case thing I could do. I have made a very rough prototype of a way to raise the factory cheek peice to the perfect height, but it is super unstable. Does anyone have any ideas or might be able to help me install this so it has a very secure fit? I'm in Montville
BCsaw
Clearly that sight wasn't designed for an Xbow. You can build up under your cheek rest to get you there.Give more detailed pictures for help determining this Xbow's needs.Good luck! splitrockoutdoors
Will add some more pictures. This scope is specifically designed for crossbow, but most crossbows don't have an adjustable stock in terms on a comb adjustment because this type of scope is so new
