Barnegat Bay Research Buoy & Waretown Flats

New to the area and was wondering if anyone knows the location of the Barnegat Bay "Research Buoy" and general area of the Waretown flats.  I was told the Research Buoy was removed last year and I couldn't find the GPS #s online. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It s in between oyster creek channel, and the forked river. The research buy is small. But always a million boats drifting the flat.
