Here we go again with bad legislation

NJ bans automatic marshmallow cannon!

So many NJ laws broken on this one, let's list them:

 

1. High capacity magazine
2. Automatic firing (launch as many marshmallows as rapidly as possible at one or more targets)
3. High caliber destructive device (this thing will definitely cause obesity, high blood pressure, and kill any diet known)
4. 135 psi.  OMFG imagine what kind of muzzle velocity this has!
5. Accepts hollow-point marshmallows
6. No background check or FFL required to own one (as of today)
7. No safety!
8. Can legally open-carry in a no-gun-zone (today)

The list goes on...

 

I suspect one of our brilliant blue liberal legislators will put forth some "common sense" marshmallow canon legislation that will save children and minorities from horrible untold deaths.  Buy or build yours now so you can get grandfathered in!
