Kroil2
So, as a pro in the taxidermy industry and as a pro that uses and needs a sharp knife(s) on a daily basis, what is your opinion on this piece of equipment. Very curious.

Nanuk
I own one , doesn't destroy the blades and keeps them sharp I use it mainly for all my kitchen knives but occasionally do pocket knives. ChefChoice is a great company had an issue with mine and was out of warranty Called them up and they said send it to Pa , they repaired and overhauled the entire unit $35 bucks to cover shipping . Mine is also 10 years old
