Fishing trips for hunting your land

Just a thought but would anyone be interested in exchanging some fishing trips for hunting on your land? I’m not talking about hunting all season but maybe a trip for a trip?? I have some private land to hunt but the same scenery gets a little old.
 
I have a 22ft Center Console, it’s not huge but enough to take a few guys out. I go up and down the coast from Raritan to Cape May.
I live in Williamstown (South Jersey).
