Just Hunt
Anyone here besides me who does a little tuning on their arrows, not just their bows? BowTechExperience
BowTechExperience
I group tune my arrows mostly. Don't own a spine checker and glad I don't. I'm very picky as it is now. I cut and fletch all my arrows and weigh and sort according to total competed mass weight including field tip and broadheads and I won't stand for more than 2 grain difference in a group of completed arrows. However if you got the tool go for it. I know I would... lol Just Hunt
Just Hunt
if you ever get a spine tester, It will help with your fletching job, you can put the cock vane on the heavy side of the spine. Your arrows will way more consistent and I mean inches... You'd be surprised. I also square my ends after cutting. I have yet to super tune my bow, I'm still picking through arrows I like. Shot Rampages and I'm on Challengers right now. I like the smaller light weight dia carbon arrows. My next set very soon will be the Micro dia X-IMPACT , They will be likely I will stick with them and then super tune my bow. I am going to sort the arrows out on those very critically to spine consistency..
