Looking for a Driver/ Warehouse Worker

There has been a fairly recent shift in that labor market that is resulting in difficulty filling positions, higher wages more staff leaving for higher paying positions. It's particularly bad in central NJ due the boom in warehouse construction, Amazon opening a new facility & running ads offering $14/hr & immediate benefits.  It will likely stabilize a little but the wage increases will almost certainly remain.
