Tru-Glo Rear Sight

I have no idea what happened to the rear sight on my 1187 Super Magnum Turkey Shotgun, but I wanted to replace it with the original sight. I was told that some sights where made by WILLIAMS others said Tru-Glo. So I called Remington and gave them the serial #, they said it was Tru-Glo but they refused to sell me the rear sight, I would have to purchase the entire kit with shipping $95.....I called Tru-Glo and they sold me the rear sight for $16.00, but it didn't fit and they refused to exchange it, I was annoyed with them. So I ended up spending the funds thru Remington and the sight came in yesterday's mail......I put the sight on lastnight, and in the coming weeks I will head out to the range to pattern the new sight.

That sucks you couldn't make the one from tru glo site work but glad you got it fixed. What choke/shells are you shooting with that gun? I have the 870 version and tried a ton of combos and seem to have the best pattern with an Indian Creek 665 with hevi mag blends
