I think this was made by Summit, I have had this hanging in my garage for a few years now and just don't use it. It is probably the most comfortable mobile seat you can get, sets up in a few minutes anywhere there is a tree.  No rips or tears in fabric, seat and backrest are cushioned for comfort. Packs up tight for traveling.  located in the Medford area and I travel SJ/Phila almost daily for easy meet up. No trades! $50
