Complete and total BS!!!

What a complete and total waste, charter captains who depend on this for their livelihoods are suffering because of misguided management.
talk to the guys who fish everyday. Any given season most mates will only fillet a handful of male fluke. the vast majority of fish killed are female and an 18" male is a giant.
my question is, why are they protecting the males of the species? it should be the other way around.

money talks and BS walks, I cant wait to see the real reason the season was changed in the form of foreign factory ships plundering our local waters.
