Wild boar stuffing

2 bags country style bread cubes

2 yellow onions

2 stalks celery

1 lg granny smith apple

1 cup dried cranberries

1lb sweet boar sausage(removed from casing)

1cup chicken broth, more can be added depending if you like soggy, this is crumbly

8 tbsp butter

 

Chop apple,onion,celery and saute in 8tbsp butter until onions are tender.

Then set aside and in same pan brown sausage.

Use large bowl to combine bread cubes, sausage,and sautéed onions apples and celery with 1 cup chicken broth and dried cranberries. Pinch of salt and cracked pepper. Mix well then pour into baking dish and bake at 350 for 20min or until browned on top. Merry Christmas!!!
