Hawaii: Legislation Restricting Ammunition Sales Eligible for a Vote on the House Floor

Earlier this month, Senate Bill 2845 was passed by the House Committee for Judiciary & Hawaiian Affairs with a vote of 6-1 and is eligible to receive votes on the House floor as early as today. The bill would implement new age restrictions for ammunition, prohibiting persons under the age of 21 from purchasing or possessing ammunition, with very limited exceptions.
