South Carolina: Constitutional Carry Headed to Gov. McMaster's Desk for His Signature

Today, the South Carolina General Assembly passed Constitutional Carry and the bill now headed to Governor McMaster for his signature. South Carolina is poised to become the 29th state to allow for constitutional/permitless carry and has taken another significant step in advancing the Second Amendment rights for all South Carolinians.
