Au Jus Venison Sandwichs

Venison Steak

2 tbls worcestershire sauce

2 tbls steak sauce

1 cup au jus gravy


mozz cheese



Slice steak thin, marinate for 10 minutes in a plastic bag with steak sauce and worcestershire sauce. Saute to a sear, add au jus and cook to desired doneness. Warm roll, sprinkle mozz cheese, add venison.
