Ribs ready for the smoker

doing ribs this year instead of my usual venison chili for the game.

 

They were rubbed with McCormick's applewood rub and smoking at 225F with applewood.

Nope still have 1 more hour in the smoker then wrap in foil with agave syrup, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar and juice an into the oven for another 2 hours will be done by 6:00 pm then I'll post a finished product;)

my wing are in the deep fryer now just had an antipasto snack while they are cooking

Ribs are done with first stage and out of smoker. Now to stage two, put brown sugar, agave nectar, apple cider vinegar, apple juice on them double wrapped in foil and put into a 300f oven for 2 hours. i don't think these will even need sauce!
