I've been shooting an H&R 12 gauge with a Zeiss Conquest 3-9x40 and shooting Federal Barnes Expanders 2-3/4" 3/4oz 1900fps rounds for several years now.  Deadly combo!

H & R deluxe slug hunter 20 gauge w/ leupold 3x9x40..........3" accutips. I also have confidence in my two 12 gauge Remington 1100s....one w Hastings cantilever (Bushnell elte 3x9x40) & one w Hastings open sight..............both Hastings barrels shoot dead on w Remington 2 3/4" Buckhammer slugs. I quit hunting w buckshot 10 years ago when the sabot slugs became so accurate.
