First Ever Deer Drive

Awesome day spent with family and friends. As a public land primarily bow only hunter I’ve always been on the fence about deer drives after hearing horror stories about “yo bucking orange armys” invading during gun season. But today made me realize that all drives don’t have to be like that. Our method of driving was 1 or 2 silent pushers using the wind and their scent to bump deer towards the others posted up in stands. All done on private land. Every deer shot was recovered. A very rewarding experience in my eyes. Thankful to be a part of it.

Always a good time! The group I hunt with we do the same thing...there is no need to hell during a drive and have deer go past the sitters at 100mph..

The yelling is more for safety too know where others are... unless you can see each other silent drives can be dangerous just my opinion
