Gunsmith near Sussex?

Looking for a gunsmith that you would recommend around Sussex, or Sussex co/ northern Passaic co.  Lever on my 35 Marlin is stuck in the open position, with 4 rounds in the magazine that I can not remove.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just with my hands, and probed it with screwdriver, but cant get the lever to budge.  I'm going to wait until the season is over, and use my fathers inherited 30-06 for now.  Keeping my fingers crossed the scope is dialed in.  He was really careful with his guns, so I'm not too worried.  Don't loose that number, I may need it.  Thanks!
