Day three

Woke up to a balmy  26° today. Already up to 29°.

Couple dinks and one doe so far.

Guess the big guys slept in.

The big mature deer dont seem to be on their feet. Ive seen nothing big, I have a friend on another farm just south of me in Calhoun and another friend in Schuyler and were all seeing the same. Gun season should be good

Buck I had locked down  by me last night was a good one. 

He had bucks trying to get to the doe for three hours I watched. Betting big ones are trying to keep does away in odd areas just to avoid being harassed. 

This buck pushed the doe into a huge cut corn field well away from the nearest woods

After a great morning the afternoon has been SLLOOOW.

Hope the last hour here is more lively. 

Snow is about 90% gone. 

Had been nice for visibility in the thick stuff
