Got down here okay. There was a terrible accident right at the Maryland/Virginia state line. Looked like a Toyota Corolla make a left turn in front of a tractor trailer. Not a good scene. I just got back in after checking some cameras and saw that the 14 pointer hit my mock scrape at 8:00pm. To me, that's a good sign.  Unfortunately, the wind is totally wrong direction. It's supposed to change to a better wind later this afternoon.

Had what I think was a buck snort at me in dark then 15 minutes after I'm in Stand he's in front of me a young one.  saw some chasing today too. All day sit

Little yearling bed by my stand all morning. Started at 40 yds then moved to 25 yds, now around 15 yds.  Maybe it'll climb in the tree with me next

I'm not sure this is the right thing to do but it's what I'd do...

Right after the fight is over, I'd start grunting at him and perhaps throw in a snort wheeze. He might come looking to kick someone else's butt.

They stopped fighting n I threw some grunts out. See what happens.  

Well dammit, I got one deep grunt back, I grunted again n nothing yet.  They were in a thick brush out to my left.
