Getting ready to head in zone 48. Will be in zone 18 this afternoon if i dont tag one this morning.

Just got here. Long walk ahead down into a hole. May not have service. Saw 5 does when we pulled into the field. Saw something today anyways.

Only 34 degrees here. No bucks were with those does , though.

Good luck all. I am in my deeper woods stand. - on a brook running north to south that separates my white oak flat from a sloping beechnut ridge. Corn and hay fields 500 yards north. Thicker swamp surrounded by nasty briars to my south. Historically been a great rut stand. Still waiting to see some legit rut action here in z5.

All settled in zone 6.  Made a last minute decision and hunting the tree I shot my wide 8pt in.  Unfortunately not really feeling it here today now but the morning will tell if I made the right decision!

Not feeling it either - the worst hunting for me is always the 3 or 4 days before all hell breaks loose. Hope today is that day.

Im out zone 5. 2 does were bedded under my stand when i walked in. Can already hear chasing in the deeper woods to my south. Lots of new bucks on camera so hopefully this will be the morning. Good luck all!

In z2. Bumped some deer walking to my stand. Still have standing corn in the field in front of me. Conditions are perfect. Good luck everyone
