Looking for butchers near Mercer county.  Ones that do sausage would be awesome.

I don’t know any butchers in that area other than Ely’s in PA.

I have never personally used them but my buddy does once in a while. Their smoked products and bacon are good.

Elys is excellent.  If I were in Mercer that's where I'd go.  A little pricey but excellent run shop.  Right over into PA in Newtown.

The best butcher you will find in the state is CLOVER MEAT MARKET 1105 Sunset Rd, Burlington, NJ 08016, They charge only $65 for regular cuts, Chops, Steaks, Ground Meat, Stew. All is grocery store packed on Styrofoam trays and plastic wrapped. They have an outside freezer for dropping deer off to and are open 9 - 9 M-S and 9 - 5 on Sunday. The owners name is Mike who is always friendly. Their facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/clovermeatmarketnj/

I am not an old friend trying to plug a buddy I am just a customer who found this place a few years back and am very pleased with the service. And yes those are bone in chops NO WASTE !

You should give Hartman's a try sometime to compare, they are right around the corner. Lots of specialty meats too!

That Hartman's is great too!  But this one is literally right around the corner from Clover in West Berlin, NJ.  Only place I go now, great people and great packages.
