Just noticed on the side bar showing the countdown to MZ season!!!!  I'm still using my T/C Triumph topped off with a Leupold VX-II 3-9x40, with two pellets of Triple 7 Magnum and a 250gr. Barnes T-Ez

A .50 cal Virginia Style Flintlock Rifle with a 42” swamped barrel 57 ½" overall length with iron sights.

Using a .049 patched round ball with 80 gr of FF and FFF in the pan.

Built by Tim Williams from Hedgesville, West Virginia. It is known as the Alexander Walker style, Augusta County, Virginia Rifle (1780’s).

I'll be using my late father's T/C Encore with 72 grains of Black Horn 209 with Hornady XTP Mag pistol bullet's. The gun is extremely accurate. I shot this VA 7 point last year at 106 yards and took his heart out.

Those pistol bullets put big holes in deer!
