I'm partial to Summit stands.  I love my open shot for bow hunting, but I know lots of folks with Vipers and I have a friend with a Titan and a friend with a Goliath.

The treewalker is the lightest I know of for its size. It has tighter tolerances than any stand made so tight that you don't need straps to connect and carry the two sections. More stable and safer than any stand.  All are rated to 350 lbs and being someone that is 275lb and been as big as 296 i can tell you there is no flex.

API bowhunter. Just as comfortable as the next. Packs and climbs much quieter than the summit for a fact! Has nice teeth that bite in tree so it won’t slip like a summit! Has more adjustments in the cable. If had to buy a different climber it would be Lone Wolf sit and climb. Hand climber looks uncomfortable to climb with and noisy from the videos I’ve watched.

I have had multiple Summits over the years and really like them. I had a Bushmaster and sold that to buy an Open Shot. I sold the Open Shot 3 years ago after I broke my neck (not hunting related). I bought a Viper after my recovery and my uncle also gave me his Viper. I now have 2 Vipers and really like them. I changed out the seat to a Hazmore seat and like it much better. One of my Vipers has the footrest which is nice for long sits.

Been using the same Lone Wolf hand climber for the last 10 years.  Good if you want compact, and are in good shape.  Takes a little arm strength compared to some of the other.  Some of the others are more comfortable also.  Good for me shooting the longbow with no rail in the way.

There is also Lone WOlf sit and  climb. The safest climber I ever used.. Very compact and very quiet as well

I have one of those also.  I like it, but rarely use it.  A little bulkier, but nice and secure for gun season.

It takes a little strength to climb with, but makes no noise at all.

Looks nice.  No sliding on wet smooth barked trees with those cables and no teeth on them?

I have not slid using it. I prefer it over the lone wolf.

Get a treewalker. Not exactly compact but know a bunch of guys who rave about them. I’ve had a couple summits. Great stands. Just more versatile to use sticks and a hang on.
